2. Data and purposes

We process contact details, dates, number of occupants, purpose of stay and any additional information you provide in order to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare proposals and agreements, manage bookings and assist during the stay.

Identity data required for guest registration will be requested through the dedicated APP CHECK IN system and should not be sent through WhatsApp or the general enquiry form.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when submitting an enquiry, the pre-contractual measures you request and, after booking, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not become bookings will be retained for no longer than 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Data connected with agreements, payments and legal duties will be retained for the periods required by applicable law.

5. Recipients and providers

We do not sell your data. Providers acting on Kinexa's behalf may access it only when necessary, including website hosting, email and communications, Make automation, Stripe payments, electronic signatures and APP CHECK IN guest registration. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required.

6. International transfers

When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by law will apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details for each provider are available in their respective policies.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing hello@kinexahomes.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Do not send identity documents, bank details or passwords through WhatsApp. The service is not directed at children acting independently; their data must be provided by a representative or the person responsible for the booking.

9. Cookies

The website currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If these are added later, this information will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
